i Fencing 及其相关商标、版权、数据库权利、软件代码、界面设计和其他知识产权均归其合法权利人所有。
3. 服务与功能变更
我们致力于保持 i Fencing 尽可能有用、稳定和高效。
我们可能基于产品、安全、技术、法律或运营需要修改、增加、限制或停止部分功能。
如未来对某项功能或服务收费，我们会在购买或使用前明确说明相关价格和收费方式。
4. 账户、设备与安全
部分功能可能要求您提供账户信息或其他必要数据。
您有责任保护您的设备、账户以及对本应用的访问安全。
不建议越狱或 Root 设备，因为这可能降低系统安全性、增加恶意软件风险，并可能导致 i Fencing 无法正常运行。
5. 网络连接与通信费用
部分 i Fencing 功能需要有效的互联网连接，连接可能由 Wi‑Fi 或移动网络提供。

不同 iOS 或 Android 版本、设备型号和平台政策可能影响应用功能。
我们可能根据运营、技术、安全或法律需要停止提供本应用或部分功能。

i Fencing 免费版本可能展示由第三方广告平台、广告商或赞助商提供的广告、推广内容或赞助信息。

广告可能通过第三方广告 SDK 展示。第三方广告服务商可能根据其自身隐私政策处理设备信息、广告标识符、IP 地址、粗略位置、广告互动、诊断数据或其他为广告展示、频率控制、反欺诈和衡量所需的数据。
如适用法律或平台规则要求，我们会在启用个性化广告或跨 App/网站跟踪前请求相应授权。您拒绝相关授权后，仍可能看到非个性化广告。
10. 付费功能与 App 内购买
i Fencing 可能提供付费功能、一次性购买或其他 App 内购买项目。

i Fencing 不直接存储完整的银行卡或信用卡信息。

Welcome to i Fencing. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the app. If you do not agree, please stop using i Fencing.
2. App and Intellectual Property
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or otherwise exploit the app, any part of the app, our trademarks, graphics, content, or other protected materials without authorization.
You may not attempt to extract, decompile, or reverse engineer the app's source code or create unauthorized derivative versions.
i Fencing and all related trademarks, copyrights, database rights, software code, interface designs, and other intellectual property remain the property of their lawful owners.
3. Services and Feature Changes
We are committed to keeping i Fencing as useful, stable, and efficient as reasonably possible.
We may modify, add, limit, or discontinue features for product, security, technical, legal, or operational reasons.
If we charge for a feature or service in the future, we will clearly disclose the applicable price and payment method before purchase or use.
4. Accounts, Devices, and Security
Some features may require you to provide account information or other necessary data.
You are responsible for keeping your device, account, and access to the app secure.
We do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting your device because doing so may weaken security, increase malware risks, and cause i Fencing to function improperly or not at all.
5. Internet Connection and Carrier Charges
Some i Fencing features require an active internet connection through Wi‑Fi or a mobile network.
If internet access is unavailable, some features may not function properly.
You are responsible for mobile data charges, roaming charges, carrier fees, and other third-party connectivity costs associated with using the app.
6. Device Availability
You are responsible for keeping your device usable, including maintaining sufficient battery power, connectivity, system permissions, and storage.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, i Fencing is not responsible beyond legal requirements for inability to use the Service caused by battery loss, unavailable connectivity, system restrictions, or other device-related factors.
7. Third-Party Information and Accuracy
Some features may rely on information, SDKs, interfaces, or services provided by Apple, Google, advertising providers, or other third parties.
We use reasonable efforts to keep information current and accurate, but cannot guarantee that all third-party information will always be complete, accurate, or continuously available.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, i Fencing is not liable beyond legal requirements for losses resulting from complete reliance on third-party information or services.
8. App Updates and Termination
i Fencing may release updates from time to time to maintain compatibility, security, or functionality.
Different iOS or Android versions, device models, and platform policies may affect app features.
We may stop providing the app or certain features where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, security, or legal reasons.
9. Advertisements
The free version of i Fencing may display advertisements, promotional content, or sponsored material provided by third-party advertising platforms, advertisers, or sponsors.
Any browsing, clicking, participation in promotions, purchases, transactions, offer redemptions, or other interactions between you and a third-party advertiser or sponsor are solely between you and that third party.
The relevant third party is responsible for its products, services, prices, promotional terms, warranties, customer service, and other representations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, i Fencing is not responsible for transactions, communications, purchases, or promotions between you and third-party advertisers, sponsors, or promotional partners.
Ads may be delivered through third-party advertising SDKs. Those providers may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, or other information required for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and measurement, subject to their own privacy policies.
Where required by applicable law or platform rules, we will request appropriate permission before enabling personalized advertising or cross-app or cross-website tracking. If you decline such permission, you may still receive non-personalized ads.
10. Paid Features and In-App Purchases
i Fencing may offer paid features, one-time purchases, or other in-app purchase items.
Payments on Apple platforms are generally processed by the Apple App Store, while other platforms may use their own stores or payment providers.
i Fencing does not directly store complete credit or debit card information.
11. Privacy Policy

By using the Service, you acknowledge that the app's data practices are governed by the Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i Fencing is not liable beyond what the law requires for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses caused by device failures, network interruptions, third-party service failures, delayed data, advertising interactions, system updates, or reliance on third-party information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, guarantees, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
